We are excited to share that the Dispurse Foundation has been recognized as one of the winners of the Ruralia 2023 Challenge, an application process for organizations that carry out educational interventions in rural areas of Peru.
In December, we received the exciting news that our "Open Community Schools" project in the province of Quispicanchi, Cusco, was selected for its impact and commitment to sustainable development. This achievement is not only ours, but also the entire community that comes together to strengthen capabilities and promote learning in a collaborative environment.
Furthermore, we are delighted to report that, as winners, we are actively participating in the Acelera Ruralia Program. This acceleration program gives us the opportunity to receive training, personalized mentoring, and a non-refundable fund to scale our interventions. We are committed to making the most of this experience to expand and strengthen our impact.
About Ruralia
Ruralia, an initiative of Es Hoy, is the first rural education accelerator in Peru. It seeks to accelerate, articulate and scale the impact of interventions that are transforming rural education today with innovative solutions and the potential for replicability in more territories. From a strategic position within the rural education ecosystem, it mobilizes resources to deploy maturation and acceleration programs that strengthen capacities, inject funds and contribute to the scaling of interventions.
